During the MIPRC spring meeting in Washington, D.C., commissioners decided that one of the organization's top priorities for the fiscal year should be for each state delegation, with the help of MIPRC staff, to develop state-specific plans for advancing passenger rail.  MIPRC staff will arrange these meetings which will take place in the fall or early in the legislative session in 2008.
